We will provide prepaid return shipping label and you will have to drop the package at your nearest UPS office. Once we receive the package, your refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks time.

Any package that you received and want to return and the return is not our mistake, for example you did not like the product or you don't want it anymore, or it does not work for your purpose etc. The return is subject to a $25 or 10% of order amount (whichever is higher) restocking fees and if the order has been shipped via Express shipping, the Express shipping charges can not be refunded as they have already been used.
